With this game "PictoPath" we wanted to focus on setting a vibe for the game. This wasn't a game with combat or platforming because we wanted to make a game that was relaxing, pretty, and cozy.

Goals

Process

It honestly took us quite a while to land on what kind of game we wanted to make but once we knew we wanted to make a "cozy" game we all got on the same page pretty quickly.

My responsibilities

When making his game I had a hand in helping through multiple parts of it.

- Character rigging

- UV Unwrapping the character models

- Creating the pictogram dialogue system you see in game

- Making the "PictoPath" Logo (Seen in game and on the top of this page)

- Helping by making sure everyone was on the same page about the project's vision using Miro

- General bug fixing and testing (there was an issue with the game crashing when opened on some machines, it turned out that the resolutions for the icons put into the game were way too high.)
