Project: HyperDash

Goals
Previously, I made a game that revolved around speed and beating levels quickly. However, when I made that game I didn't really prioritize optimization because I just wanted the game to work. This led to a game that was pretty laggy on some machines.
I knew I could do better. Nearly a year later I started making the project all over again from scratch. This time I made sure the game ran smoothly. I also wanted to make this game feel like a full functioning game so I'd be able to put it up on steam at some point.

Process
I really wanted to make a game that had fun movement and combat that compliments the movement. If the player has to stop all momentum to fight an enemy then the game would need to be revised.
This game is still in development and I would like to make this my first commercial game and upload it on steam. But that requires a lot of hard work on my end. Work that I have the passion to finish.
For now, the very first prototype is complete and able to be played over on my itch page. If you have any comments or suggestions for the game please let me know!
